Service agreement and charges
An inquiry does not enter you into a paid service agreement. Scope, fees, applicable taxes, third-party costs, cancellation terms and timelines must be agreed in writing with the firm before work begins. This website does not collect payments.
Accurate information
Provide accurate contact information and genuine documents. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, bank login credentials or sensitive documents through the inquiry form.
No approval guarantee
Banks, insurers and government authorities independently decide eligibility, approval, registration and disbursement. Consultancy cannot guarantee their decisions or timing.
Tracking and communications
Online tracking shows actual saved consultancy inquiry information only. It is not an official authority’s application portal. Save your reference and private code when shown. Automated SMS and email notifications are not enabled.
Cancellation and disputes
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the written agreement for the service. Refer to the Refund Policy and contact the registered office to resolve questions before agreeing to paid work.
